The pipe that is smaller in diameter shown on the left will be used as the plunger and the pipe that is larger shown on the right will be the pipe the marble shoots from. Growing up my grandpa used t0 have a marble maze made out of wood.

You can use a combination of chutes and tunnels. Tape the chutes connecting one to another onto a wall a door or a large piece of cardboard propped up against a wall. Cut some toilet paper or paper towel rolls into half lengthwise to form chutes. Build a small segment and then stop to test it.

The plunger pipe should fit inside of the other pipe which should be large enough to hold a marble. Don t build your whole track all the way down to the floor yet. Mix the flour with the salt in a large bowl. Build your own model with impressive precision.

I remember always having g0 to things at my grandparents house. Stir the mixture and add a few more drops. Lightly flour your working. Tape the first cardboard tube to the wall with a long strip of tape.

Leave a few whole for tunnels. I love marble mazes. I see it in my kids too. Pour the water into a small bowl and add a few drops of food coloring.

Using your cardboard tubes assemble your track according to your plan. Cut both pvc pipes to 30 centimeters in length.
